XiuXiu Meitu is an extraordinary photo editor software. It only comes with Chinese language but easy to use without having to understand the language. It's easier than using other professional photo editors like photoshop but it can produce a professional edited photo with many photo adjustments and effects.
XiuXiu Meitu runs both in online or offline, but you have to go online first if you want to save the template of the effects. This version comes with the latest update (June 2011) of the software, feel free to use.
